System requirements with Koogeek fingerprint lock:

– Koogeek Home app or Home app (Apple HomeKit) (available on the App Store)
– HomeKit iOS 12.0 support or later recommended.
– Automatically control HomeKit-enabled accessories. And requires a Home hub (HomePod, Apple TV 4K, Apple TV (4th generation or later) with tvOS 11.3 or later, or an iPad with iOS 12.0 or later.

Note:

1. Before configuring, any fingerprint can be used to unlock. To ensure the security of your home and the safety of your family. You must do the following two steps:

(1) Pair the key with your mobile device through the Koogeek Home app

(2) Register at least one fingerprint. Otherwise, the key can be controlled by everyone and all registered fingerprints can be deleted.

2. Six consecutive unsuccessful fingerprint attempts will trigger the LED indicator to continuously blink and the product will stop responding for one minute. You can try again 1 minute later.

3. The padlock is not waterproof.
